Install Charge-to-Invoice App & Web-app
Summary of install steps.:
Sign-up for 'Charge-to-Invoice' on Clover app market or via our web-app.
Set discounts Labels on Clover dashboard
Open Web-app. Enter % discounts. Activate the 'Charge' customers (Click 'Is Active').
Open Clover station app to SYNC Customers & discount labels (into each station's local App databases)
Step-1: Choose one of (3) optional ways to sign-up & Launch 'Charge-to-Invoice' Web-app
Note. To set-up Web-app, must use a PC or Laptop with Internet access.
Sign up option 1.
Open this URL https://invoice.retailcp.ie/?clover=usa & Click 'Launch Application' button.
Log-in with your Clover account credentials:
Where a merchant has more than one MID account, select one:
You will be re-directed to Clover App-market.
Click 'Install Now'. You will get a choice of subscriptions:
Click on preferred subscription. Click 'Accept & Install'.
Can Open web-app &-or Change subscription level:
( A ) Merchants who did not yet install Charge-to-Invoice app on Clover App-marked
- You will get the option to select a subscription level & ‘Accept & Install' as above
- then 'Open app'.
( B ) Merchants who already had clicked ‘Accept-Install’ for this app on App-market,
- You will get option to 'Open app'
Web-app opens & imports customers from your Clover account.
Takes a few seconds, depending on the quantity of customers to be imported.
Select 'Admin' dropdown, click 'My Subscription' to verify:
Sign up option 2.
Open Clover App-market (on a PC or Laptop),
Click 'Accept & Install' for 'Charge-to-Invoice' app, & click 'Launch'.
Select the quantity of invoice lines per month & option to include Accounts Receivable or not.
With Accounts Receivable subscription, can allocate payments against invoices & get Aged Balance reports & PDF Statements.
Click 'Accept and Install' & then click on 'Launch' button, to open web-app
Sign up option 3.
This is a follow on to Option 2.
If you already clicked 'Accept & Install' for 'Charge-to-Invoice' app,
On Clover dashboard, you can open 'More Tools', Open 'Installed Apps',
Find & click on 'Charge-to-Invoice' app. Click 'Open App'
Web-app opens for your Clover account:
'Charge-Invoice Icon' should show on Clover dashboard.
If not, return to ‘Installed apps’, find 'Charge-to-Invoice' app [Installed].
Step-2. Web-app installation steps:
Import Clover Inventory Labels & add discount %s to Labels-Discounts-Table.
Click 'Is Active' for the customers who will 'charge' their orders. Set a customer discount code.
Product range % discount Labels: Open Clover dashboard online account.
Under 'Inventory', set up Labels with product range names.
Assign discount labels to Inventory items.
So that you can apply discount % percentages in ‘Label Discounts’ table below.
On Web-app, on a Laptop-PC, complete these set-up tasks:
Click 'Discounts' to get below page-discounts table:
Click 'SYNC Labels'
Enter discount %s in table:
- Can have up to nine (9) Customer Discount Codes
- Can have up to nine (9) Labels-product ranges
Click 'Customers'. Page opens as below. Click 'SYNC Customers':
- All existing Clover customers will show on screen.
Only select & edit those customers who will charge orders to pay later.
Click 'Is Active ?' button
Default will be 'Is Tax Applicable' = 'Yes' for most customers.
From dropdown, select the customer 'Discount Category' (1 to-9).
Example below, we add discount category  & select [Is Active ?] and retain [taxable]:
(Optional to enter your own internal Account ref no. above ref is 'AMC-1')
Click ‘Submit’. Below displays to confirm changes were done:
When Step-2 tasks above are completed for Activated customers, the data is now stored in Web-App.
To import the Activated customers & discounts table into each Clover station-or-device, see Step-3 below:
Step-3. On each Clover station,
To import Activated customer & Discount % table into each Clover station:
Click [ Continue ] on screen-1. Click both SYNC buttons on screen-2.
SYNC Active Customers: ( Imports 'Activated' customers from Web-app into into Clover device-station).
SYNC Inventories & Labels: ( Imports discount % table from Web-app into Clover device-station)
You are now ready to 'Charge' orders for Activated customers on Clover Register.
